returns & store credit: 1. defective or damaged items can be returned for full refund or store credit. please notify us at help [at] vanessajean [dot] com and store credit or a full refund will be sent via check after item is returned to vanessa jean (we pay shipping) 2. if you are otherwise unsatisfied with your items...they can be returned within 30 days for vanessa jean store credit. store credit will be given upon return of item to the vanessa jean studio. to receive store credit for exchanges, items must be received in crisp original condition. please read all item dimensions carefully before placing an order. please e-mail help [at] vanessajean [dot] com for store credit queries. vanessa jean goods are durable, but they might need refreshing after you've thrown them around for a long time, e-mail to ask about our trade-in policy.

bags: to keep your purse in tip-top shape, stuff it with paper or clothing while not in use to retain shape. if your purse has a long strap, hang it on a door knob to keep strap from getting crinkled. this will also straighten out a strap wrinkled in transit. if you crush your bag, don't worry! just stuff it will crumpled paper and use the heat from your hands to mold it into shape.

wallets: your new wallet might flop open at first, it just needs a little love and warmth. put at least one card in each slot, then fold the wallet up and put it in your pocket for the drive home. your seat heat will help it keep its wallet shape.

belts: to reverse, unclip belt buckle by lifting metal flap on back of buckle. you might need a little help from somethink like scissors or a flat head screw driver. once the flap is lifted, slide the belt out, flip it around, and re-attach buckle. viola, a new belt!

delivery: please allow 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your vanessa jean goods. each piece is handmade, and we want to craft your item perfectly! if you are shopping for the holidays, please order early so our elves have enough time to work!
